Are the watches covered by warranty?
Yes, here at Arya Assyria we try our best to ensure customer satisfaction and that's why all our watches are covered by a 12 month mechanical warranty + 3 month battery replacement warranty from the date of purchase. This will cover any manufacturing defects to the watches movement and/or case. Contact us at email@example.com to process a warranty request and our friendly team will provide you with further instructions! For more information, please refer to the Warranty section of our Terms below.
How do I return an item?
In the event that your watch has manufacturing defects to its movement and/or case that falls with our 12 month mechanical warranty period, please contact our friendly team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be in touch with you shortly.
How do I know if the watch is for males or females?
We believe style is genderless, our current 38mm dials are the perfect size that compliment wrists of all sizes.
How much will shipping cost?
We are constantly working to improve your checkout experience by lowering postage related fees, currently we are offering free shipping to customers in Australia. For our lovely international consumers we have implemented a flat rate fee to cover your shipping expenses so that you aren’t charged an excessive rate.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has left our distribution center you will receive an email with the tracking details. You will also have the option to add your contact number during checkout to opt in for delivery updates via text.
What do I do if I’ve received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologise! Contact our friendly team at email@example.com and we will promptly arrange to have the correct item sent to you.
Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately at this stage we are not accepting any exchanged returns.
How can I cancel an order I’ve just processed?
Given the fast-paced nature and our priority to dispatch orders as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order. If you have mistakenly placed an order, please fill out the form below to let us know and we will try our best to resolve this for you.
